Our standard policy is

We offer a 100% order satisfaction guarantee within the first 30 days from shipping date. The product must arrive in the same condition that it was sent. If a product is damaged in transit, we will be unable to refund your money and will only be able to ship it back to you at your expense.

Custom items (paper, die cuts, overlays) and electronic are non-refundable.

Please note that clearance items, or items that have been opened, are never accepted as returns.
