z2023 St Patty's Day Cookies
This beginner class will focus on flooding cookies to get that smooth and even look like a professional. Class will cover line work, wet-on-wet designs, and go into depth on flooding to enable you to get a flat, effortless finish to your cookies. Students will also learn a simple technique to create “roses” in the cookie with just a swirl of your wrist.
With registrations students will receive: frosting colors, sprinkles and 9, pre-baked shortbread cookies. You will take them home in a showcase box. The workshop will be up to 2 ½ hours and involve hands-on instruction
